Ok so originally I gave 3 stars because the girl who did my nails didn't do the pink & white DIP I wanted and so another lady ended up doing white shellac on my tips. I went in just now and told them i wasn't happy and either fix it or take them off & give my money back. They took me to Tina (amazing btw) and she did my 1st ever cat eye. Didn't even have to soak off my old nails. It was great . I love this purple cat eye and just in time for Halloween !! Even if they make a mistake or you aren't happy, they will fix it til u are! Most places won't do that. Definitely try them out!

Lucy did my pedicure and I think it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. He gave the best foot massage and meticulously cleaned and painted my toes! I will always ask for her moving forward.

I do know that in order to be hygienic with dip powder, that you're supposed to use a small container for each customer and dispose of the remaining powder. A number of infections have resulted from salons sharing a bigger community powder jar, in order to save money, such as what your salon is doing. Perhaps you don't know, but I doubt that's the case.
Don't tell me I don't know.
I did give you a great review otherwise but I'm not clueless. Just stating my observation.

This is the BEST set of Gel/Shellac nails and Pedicure I have ever had! Alena is the BEST BEST BEST The place is HUGE, they take walk ins, hardly ever a wait. Everyone Ive gone to is great, but Alena is the BEST EVER. 100s of colors to choose from. My husbands business as an account with the mail salon that I went to for years. Instead of paying the bill they owe him, we would just trade off and we both would get pedicures and my nails done.it costs me NOTHING to go there, yet I choose to go to Kozy Nails to see Alena. I cant say enough about this place

An, my nail tech, was very friendly and took his time doing my feet and toes. So may colors to choose from here. Seems to be a very popular place. I will definitely drive 45 minutes to have An do my pedicure again.

I loved my nails so much! They opened all new nail supplies which is a must, and they were very good with me not being able to understand accents very well I got a gel mani pedi for 80 when I was told it would be 60 but the person on the phone personably didnt hear that I wanted gel. I got pedicures and manicures with my sisters and they even had a child seat with butterfly wings on the back so my youngest sister could come with and get her nails done in style. Very cute touch. The technicians were so nice and they did an amazing job on all of our nails. Very easy to book and relaxing services. I appreciate that they enforce masks inside and that they are very clean and professional. Will be coming back soon :).

Went at off peak hours and was helped right away. The pedicure chairs are great and I liked watch HGTV during my service. Only thing I didn't like is that the establishment charges an extra $1 per person and per transaction to use debit/credit cards. We had 2 pedicures and they wanted to charge an extra $2 even though the card would have only been swiped once.

Best nail place I know in Sterling Heights! The staff are always friendly, clean and there is an endless color choice in many different products. Staff is wonderful and Lucy (the owner) always remembers the customers names and makes them feel welcome. I always look forward to getting my nails done here.

I walked in on Saturday afternoon had a wait of probably 15 mins, but I was given exactly what I asked for! These were my nails for my wedding and I couldn't love them more. The woman who did them (I believe they called her Lisa) took a very long time with me and was meticulous at giving me what I asked for! She helped pick the sparkly color.
I included the photo I showed her vs. what I got. I couldn't be more thrilled - due to the time she spent with me I tipped WAY more than 20% and would gladly do so again!!!

Recently started coming here. First for a pedicure for myself and my bf. It was his first time getting a pedicure and they continually asked him if he was doing okay which was awesome. Today I got a full set, French ombr by Leo. He did an AMAZING job, I'm in love with the shape and color. Glad I found my new salon!

Literally everything is perfect there. The atmosphere, the vibe, the wait time is never long, they’re well equipped to handle any need you may have. They’re hospitable, it’s just a great experience EVERYTIME. And everyone can do nails ???? Love it

Alina did a great job. Had to wait awhile because it was Friday but when I told her I was in a hurry she did my fill in in about 35-40 min and it looks great!

I've been coming here for the past year and I have not been disappointed. My shellac lasts for weeks and they have a ton of colors to choose from with the newest collections. Pedicures are very sanitary, bowls are lined and packaging is new. Staff is friendly, Don is amazing! He pays close attention to detail and will never let you walk out disappointed.

I found Kozy Nails by accident one day, just looking for something close to home that was open when I needed it to be. Best accident ever. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick without feeling pushy. Their salon is beautiful and clean, and they always have HGTV on, which I love. Needless to say, Kozy Nails is too wonderful of a place to ever go to a new salon again.

They have a punch card for 5 shellac or dip services get 1 50% off; they also do a delegate punch card for pedicures with the same deal. I throughly enjoy that I can book an appointment online and often do so the day before and have my appointment confirmed within the hour

Update: I’ve been going here for a while and kind of notice a pattern that when they are busy they make sure to take care of walk ins that are “regulars” but if your not they aren’t very nice to you or care to have your business. I understand that when they are too busy they can’t always do everything and every client. But sometimes they turn one person away and the next person they are nice to and actually tell them what the wait time would be. I have seen them turn away people multiple times lately which is disappointing. One girl in particular said she called a little bit ago and Lucy told her to just come on in- but when she arrived an employee (I believe the owners husband) told her they don’t have time for her today. She again told him that she called and was told to come in and he didn’t go check with the owner or give her a wait time, he told her No they don’t have time. I still like coming here but the pattern I’ve been noticing is a little disappointing.

This is the best nail place I’ve ever been too. Come here all the time. Staff always very friendly and do a nice job. free WiFi. Recently went to another nail salon and realized just how amazing this place is compared to others.

I love Kozy and Lucy is the best! I get the sparkle dipping powder on my nails. The dipping powder really grows my nails. For me it is much better and less harsh on my nail than some of the other options. Try it for yourself and see.

There is an independent massage therapist, Cindy, working there 6 days. If you like deep tissue and stretching, she cannot be beat.

Hi Tina A, sorry about your experience couple days ago. If you disappointed about your nails, come to get your money back. If you want to find out why the shellac get doesn't stay on your nails, come back the shop to fix it. When I do shellac gel manicure, I try my best to get them stay long time. I have a lot of clients shellac gel stay 2-3 weeks, or more than that. However, some clients have oil nails, the shellac is hard to stay. Or something happened from the color or something else. Thank you for your comment. We always update and learn every day.

Got a 90 minute massage from Cindy. She's is all out deep tissue with stretching. She's my Go To when I play too much golf.

They are all extremely driven, hard working, talented, committed, kind, and genuine. Great salon. I rarely have even a short wait for a walk in, and they are all really friendly. I have tried other salons in the area and find Kozy to be well worth driving a little further. Prices are comparable and even cheaper than a lot if the places I have tried.

They are always great! They've made some amazing improvements to their spa space , but their service remains amazing. They are so friendly and i just keep coming back!

Excellent shellac manicure and pedicure I had done! Best I have ever had! They probably have over 100 colors of shellac, and everything is super clean and modern. The pedicure was an hour and they wrap your legs and feet in hot towels. I went on a tropical vacation for a week, and my nails and toenails made it through without one chip! I found my new nail place.

This is the best nail place I’ve ever been too. Come here all the time. Staff always very friendly and do a nice job. free WiFi. Recently went to another nail salon and realized just how amazing this place is compared to others.

I love everyone there so nice and caring!! The owner Lucy is such a sweetheart you can tell they care about their customers!! I go to Christine she's the best, she listens to her clients!!! But I would always make appointments because they are always so busy!

Ive had such a hard time finding a nail salon that actually takes their time and does a great job and this place goes above and beyond. The salon is beautiful and very spacious. They have a huge variety of nailpolish color choices. The workers are awesome. I will never go to another nail salon again.

2018 Update: Lucy and her husband have improved the aesthetics of the salon as well as offering additional services and staff, it is even better than my last review. Lucy is not always available due to the increase in business, however all the staff is equally efficient and talented, they never disappoint. Wonderful establishment with great prices, friendly service and beautiful owners who make an inviting atmosphere.

This was my first time coming here. And I’m beyond pleased with the service. I got a pedi, full set w/ brows done. I also have sensitive skin on both fingers & toes and I didn’t have not one flinch the whole time. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff was friendly and very respectful . The business was clean and nice . The staff and service made it possible for me to actually relax .. The pedicure and chair was wonderful. Nail tech was able to almost deplicate what I wanted exactly, just off a picture .. Will patronize again .

Great nail salon. Its clean and they use a liner in the pedicure tubs. I saw them grab new tools from their sterilization area. The service was great. They offered natural lotions for my massage after my pedicure and manicure. The massage was relaxing. Afterwards they even suggested a restaurant to try good Vietnamese food and gave me a wrapped up lotion as a holiday gift. I recommend this nail salon to others.

Moved back from California a few months ago and have had such bad luck at finding a good nail salon. Been to a few places that have repeatedly made a mess of my nails. Came here yesterday to actually have a nail fixed that IJUST had done less then 48 hours before at another place. Kozy nails was amazing! Not sure the woman's name, but she was great! She even fixed up my other nails that had a terrible paint job! I will definitely be coming back here for my next fill in and pedicure!!! Hoping I finally found my go to nail salon!

Good service I'm always happy, although one time I walked in and sat down and got ignored for probably 7 minutes then I walked out. They were busy but that's no excuse.

I recently moved back to the area, and have a job where my hands are in & out of water & latex gloves all day. I'm very rough on my nails at my job, but also need them to look nice.
I discovered Kozy Nails a few months back & decided to check it out. To my surprise, this Nail Salon is exceptional! Very clean & organized! I began going to Don, who gave me the BEST pedicure & Shellac manicure I have ever had! His meticulous attention to detail is really impressive as well! Lucy is the owner, and is such a sweetie! They both remembered my name after only meeting me 1'ce before. The prices are all posted and I have never once been overcharged! My last visit, 2 weeks ago, I decided to get Acrylic with Shellac paint. Kristy was my nail tech & did a fantastic job! My nails still look GREAT!

One last example of how they go above & beyond...on my 2nd visit, seeing Don for a Mani/Pedi, it started pouring down rain as I was checking out. This young man immediately went and grabbed an umbrella & walked me out to my car, so I wouldn't get drenched!

I was there for 2 hours. The manicure and pedicure was worth the trip. I have told a few of my neighbors. The employees are very nice people and really care about you, not whats in your wallet.

Yesterday after experiencing two and a half months non-weight bearing after a ankle surgery and just getting out of a cast, I went to Kozy Nails for a mani/pedi. I had a wonderful and relaxing experience. The place was clean, tools were sterilized and the staff were great. They were very gentle knowing that I had recent surgery. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. I just found what is going to be my neighborhood nail salon.

Love Lucy the owners customer service. I did not like my color that I had picked, and she ended up redoing the color three time for me, but I was thrilled with the final color, I have looking for that "perfect" pink and finally found it. She also suggested I take a picture o my phone of the nail color bottle so I have for the future, brilliant! . Melissa has also been very good, everyone in the salon works very hard. I have gotten the pedicure and like their care to sanitation by offering the liner.

I have been going here for years. My services generally include a manicure and pedicure. Lucy is the new owner and takes pride in her business and customers. Pricing is reasonable. Infection control practices are good and much appreciated. I will be coming back.
